Happy
Birthday Linda!
You
can get an idea of what Linda is all about by taking a look at her blog, Write From the Heart. I meant to write Queen Chic on her cake because she is published
in so many Chicken Soup for the Soul books. I’m sure she is one of the top
peeps in the CS books. But that’s not all she’s published in. Check out the
side bar on her blog and you’ll be just amazed as I am. Not only that, she’s
sweet, generous, fun and all round great person. I’m glad to be her friend.
Happy
Birthday Cale!
Cale
is my great nephew. I think he’s 20 today. I don’t get to see him often, but
every time I do, he’s grown… and by golly, he’s an adult now... well he has been. I just dusted off a picture of him and his siblings and he was about five, so I tend to always think of them as really young. I think it's time for an updated photo. Cale is a good looking
and sweet young man. I had to cheat and find out from his grandma what to put
on his cake… she didn’t say race car, but it was easier to draw than a regular
car… well for me anyway.
You are so thoughtful and caring and fun.
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday to Linda and Cale from me, too. I know what you mean about feeling lucky to be Linda's friend. Love your cakes, by the way. The colors and accessories for Linda's struck me as so perfect!
