Inferiority is more relatable to me than yesterday’s word. Play second fiddle, take a back seat, not fit to hold a candle to.

food for thought: “Weighed in the balance and found wanting.”—Anon.

  1. Lynn---Well, your illustration--as usual--was NOT found wanting. (If I drew a seat in a car, I don't know what it would look like, but I know it wouldn't resemble a seat in a car.)

The story you shared last night will prove--I think--to be a winner.

  2. You're too humble about your talent (bet that's not the first time you've heard that). Your sketches always cheer me. And how did I miss yesterday's post? Off to have a look.

  3. Kudos on the back seat. A fiddle would have been much easier.

Thanks for commenting. I don't always comment back, but I do appreciate it.
