My mother dressed my sister and I alike in dresses she made...sometimes her dress was of the same fabric. My sister was 4 years younger and I hated wearing the same thing as the baby!!!!
Love the rooster. He looks fierce. My grandma used to make dresses alike for me and my sister, so I know what Bookie means. We were 18 months apart, but Sis had red hair! Which of course I don't. I don't know why we had to dress like twins, in little shifts with rickrack trim around the neck and armholes.
Nice chicken, drawn by a REALLY nice chick. ;)
ReplyDeleteHey chickie, you are a talented artist.
ReplyDeleteYou're a cocka-doodle-doodler of the highest form. (Oy. Did I really just write that?) lol Have a happy Mother's Day weekend my friend!
