BOND

There’s something quite satisfying when you bond with someone, especially with someone you just meet.

  1. Lynn--I got together with four other women a couple of years ago, and it was an almost-instant bond, and we continue to have great fun and do great work.

I imagine you drew that tie from a model...Does hubby have a tie with that color scheme? ;)

    1. Believe it or not, I drew the tie from some black and white graphic. I added the stripes and I asked hubby, "what color do you think I should make this?" and he said, "Pink and yellow." and there you are...

  2. It is truly wonderful to find something in another person that connects you both. Sure makes life a lot more interesting!

Your tie design is awesome. Love the basket weave effect.

  3. The "ties that bind" quote with the pic made me grin, because I thought of all those businessmen out there who hate to wear ties every day and would agree with you that they bind. :) It IS wonderful to meet someone and feel that instant bond, as if you've known one another a long time. For those who believe in past lives, that instant bond with a "stranger" is not so strange. :)

  5. It's funny how you can meet a complete stranger at after a short amount of time feel like you've known them for years. You click or bond. I love it when that happens.
